This position would be fostering these 4 principles through teaching students in an Elementary Classroom.

Specific Duties Are:
Plans and delivers a curriculum that fosters student critical thinking.
Build strong relationships with students, teachers, and families
Loves students and is excited about helping students find hope for their future.
Continuously seeks feedback and opportunities for growth, learns from mistakes, and takes steps based upon feedback
Demonstrates a no-nonsense nurturer classroom management style.
