| Preferred Qualifications | Plan and deliver engaging physical education instruction aligned with state standards Promote physical fitness, health, and wellness for all students Create a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment Assess and monitor student progress Organize and supervise physical activities, games, and fitness programs Serve as a coach for assigned sport(s) Plan and conduct practices, develop game strategies, and supervise athletes during competitions Model and reinforce positive sportsmanship and character development Maintain equipment, facilities, and inventory related to PE and athletics Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration Follow district and state policies, including safety and eligibility requirements Availability for after-school practices, games, and occasional weekend events Commitment to being a positive role model on and off the field Willingness to collaborate with staff and contribute to school culture |
