| Required Qualifications | Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or related field Valid Oklahoma teaching certification in Elementary Education Strong classroom management and communication skills Ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues Commitment to creating a nurturing and student-centered learning environment |
